Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something name_info does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls name_info itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that hood. — .hood name service's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
