    Ask for something upcoming_recompetes does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls upcoming_recompetes itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AwardCast Federal Contracts's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
