Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something services_list_open_requests does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls services_list_open_requests itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that bitroad's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
