Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something cloudflare_proxy_status does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls cloudflare_proxy_status itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BorealHost's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
