Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something launch_compute_instance does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls launch_compute_instance itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BorealHost's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
BorealHost will not start until these are set, so launch_compute_instance never becomes available.
