Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something list_mailboxes does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_mailboxes itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BorealHost's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
BorealHost will not start until these are set, so list_mailboxes never becomes available.
