Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something run_malware_scan does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls run_malware_scan itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BorealHost's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

BorealHost will not start until these are set, so run_malware_scan never becomes available.
