Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something upload_ssl_cert does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls upload_ssl_cert itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BorealHost's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

BorealHost will not start until these are set, so upload_ssl_cert never becomes available.
