Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something vectorize_image does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls vectorize_image itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CleanVector's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
