Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something delegate_authority does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls delegate_authority itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Content Sweep's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
