Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something submit_design_partner_application does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls submit_design_partner_application itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that creationloop's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
