Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something set_app_subdomain does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls set_app_subdomain itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Fine Structure's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
