Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something fetch_ensembl_sequence does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls fetch_ensembl_sequence itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Genomic Intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
