Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something search_inactive_compounds does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls search_inactive_compounds itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that nullary's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
