Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something manage_feed_consumers does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls manage_feed_consumers itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that smry Product's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
