    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something arcade_board_read does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls arcade_board_read itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that tokenarcade's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
