Run this in your project directory.

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something start_eligibility_check does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls start_eligibility_check itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that upgrade agent's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
