Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something predict_say_on_pay_risk does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls predict_say_on_pay_risk itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Velarion Company Intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
