Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something request_human_assistance does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls request_human_assistance itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Human for AI's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
