Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something assess_property_hazard does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls assess_property_hazard itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Property Hazard MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
