Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something image_batch_status does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls image_batch_status itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that APICK's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
APICK will not start until these are set, so image_batch_status never becomes available.
