Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something propose_balance_board does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls propose_balance_board itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Forge Engine's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
