Add Meistron to Windsurf

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something rechnung_anlegen does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls rechnung_anlegen itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Meistron's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
