Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something evaluate_dependency_change does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls evaluate_dependency_change itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that RepoPilot's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
