Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something srift_reject_join does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls srift_reject_join itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SRIFT's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
