Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something generate_patient_presentation does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls generate_patient_presentation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Toofi Dental Planning MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
