Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something prepare_visual_consultation does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls prepare_visual_consultation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that sensations mergulho's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
