Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something search_legal_authority does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls search_legal_authority itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that VeteranHQ's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
