Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something escaparate_server_info does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls escaparate_server_info itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that escaparate's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
