Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http factstamp https://factstamp.agentrails.workers.dev/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something watch_add does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls watch_add itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FactStamp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
