Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something about_mnemosyne does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls about_mnemosyne itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mnemosyne's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
