Ask for something nova_inbox__get_attachment does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls nova_inbox__get_attachment itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Nova Inbox Agent by Nova (CIVAI)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
