Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something nova_inbox__read_message does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls nova_inbox__read_message itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Nova Inbox Agent by Nova (CIVAI)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
