Ask for something support_agent_admin__end_conversation does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls support_agent_admin__end_conversation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Support Agent Admin by Nova (CIVAI)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
