Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something citation_tracker_monitor_30 does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls citation_tracker_monitor_30 itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that citation tracker's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
