Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something register does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls register itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FDA Recall Alerts — Food & Product Safety (fdarecall)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
