Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something build_indexnow_payload does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls build_indexnow_payload itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that indexnow toolkit's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
