Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something set_applications_paused does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls set_applications_paused itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ApplyAll's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
