Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http arcat https://mcp.arcat.com/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something browse_csi_sections does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls browse_csi_sections itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that arcat's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
