Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something list_knowledge_gaps does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_knowledge_gaps itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Asyntai's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
