Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something find_overpriced does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls find_overpriced itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Boostermage MTG Prices's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
