Add Approval Rules to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something get_rules does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_rules itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Approval Rules's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

the server actually exposes, not what its listing claims.
