Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something knowledge_list_documents does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls knowledge_list_documents itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Brainiall NLP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
