Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something qm_scrub does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls qm_scrub itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Quiet Menders's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
