Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something extract_tables does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls extract_tables itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ChangeThisFile's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
