    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something compute_connection_to_existing does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls compute_connection_to_existing itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that civilquants's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
