Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something query_failure_graph does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls query_failure_graph itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Claidex MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
