Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http failure-intelligence https://app.claidex.com/api/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something query_package_registry does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls query_package_registry itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Claidex MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
