Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something search_preprint_flags does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls search_preprint_flags itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Claidex MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
