Ask for something advise_network_upgrade does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls advise_network_upgrade itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CliDeck MCP — Network Knowledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
